The ATM Terminal ID value in ATM Configuration is case sensitive.  Any letter values need to be capitalized.  If you have troubleshot all other possibilities (reset Pin Pad, Host URL, etc...) and are still getting an "Unable to connect to Host" error, check these values.  The confusing part is that the master keys will all look correct and the confirmation code will be correct.
